Hi, I'm Kevin Hubner!

What started as a goal to improve my health in 2019 has slowly progressed into finishing my first Ironman at the end of 2022. Over the course of those years, I became passionate about the journey of changing from someone who seldom exercised into learning everything I possibly could about training and nutrition and putting what I was learning into practice - something that I continue to do today. Fortunately, I also discovered that, as I became fitter, healthier, and more disciplined, I also saw massive improvements in every other part of my life as well, which led me to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. 

 

My primary goal is to bring everything that I have learned and done over the years to others with the hope that I can have the same impact on each of you that I was able to discover for myself. 

 

I will be here for you each step of the way to change the mindset of "not having enough time" to making thoughtful choices around nutrition and exercise.

  • 2x Marathon (3:26)
  • Top 5% in Chicago Triathlon (Olympic distance)
